We're seeking a Accounting Specialist in Russellville who enjoys tracking payments, logging transactions, and helping the team stay on top of deadlines. Organized? Detail-obsessed? You're exactly who we want.

What's Required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting position
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

What You'll Do

• Process and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and documentation
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding financial matters
• Maintain organized and accurate accounting files and records
