- Collaborate with leadership teams to build and implement HR strategies that support commercial objectives and overall company vision.
- Provide guidance and counseling to commercial leaders and employees on HR matters to improve leadership and team effectiveness, dynamics and accountability.
- Support a variety of HR processes such as performance management, talent acquisition, training and development, compensation, employee relations, and HR policy development for the Commercial organization.
- Partner with the Center of Excellence (COE) teams such as payroll, compensation, benefits & HRIS to provide solutions as needed.
- Analyze workforce trends, metrics, and data to provide actionable insights that inform talent decisions and organizational effectiveness
- Partner with functional leads on the establishment and facilitation of employee training needs including leadership development, salesforce capability and cross-training.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to attract top talent, ensuring an inclusive candidate pipeline and develop sourcing strategies to hire people for our organization.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Support data accuracy including processing of employee information changes in global HRIS (Workday).
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting sales, marketing, customer care or other commercial teams within a dynamic organization.
- Previous experience supporting sales incentive plans preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of employment laws, human resources theory, practices and legal requirements to act as a subject matter expert to business groups.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees and leaders.
- Comfort with HRIS systems (strong preference for Workday), data analytics, and reporting tools; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
