In this role, you will support quality control, MRB processes, and customer requirements, ensuring that all castings meet rigorous quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team. Key Responsibilities Assist Quality Engineers in reviewing customer drawings, specifications, and requirements. Perform audits to monitor product quality, including visual inspections of castings and paperwork audits. Write and implement Quality Engineering Instructions (QEIs) and support quality system development. Assist in processing non-conformance, scrap, and customer return material. Support manufacturing operations as needed to ensure compliance with quality standards. Prepare and review shipment paperwork to meet customer requirements. Collaborate with team members to solve quality issues and improve processes. Maintain a professional and positive work atmosphere with coworkers, supervisors, and customers. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of dimensional, visual, or NDT inspection experience; dimensional or visual inspection preferred. Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality and quantity. Strong sense of urgency with the ability to work independently. Comfortable using a team approach to problem-solving.
