Description
Acara Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our client, a printing and office equipment company in Cheektowaga.
Type: Temp to Perm
Hourly rate: 20/HR
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM
This role will involve a variety of essential tasks, such as answering phones, shipping toner, dispatching service technicians, and handling billing.
  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally.
  • Enter service requests accurately.
  • Dispatch technicians to customer locations as needed.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with technicians to ensure timely service.
  • Provide customers with updates on scheduling and service status.
  • Perform general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing emails.
  • Support the service department with daily operational activities.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School Diploma of GED is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
