As a BIM Specialist II in our XX office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

Why We Need You:

In this role, you are responsible for developing, managing, championing, and advancing AEI's BIM processes. You are closely aligned with project managers and project teams and provides on-going training, user support and troubleshooting, content creation and development, project integration, and marketing of BIM services. Your position also engages with BIM Specialist I's and project teams across all of AEI's offices.

Expertise of our most successful BIM Specialist II:

    Associates degree in a related field (for example, CAD drafting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or architectural design); or commensurate experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of design experience in the professional services industry, preferably A/E/C firm.
  • Expertise in using and supporting the current versions of AutoCAD and Revit MEP and Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, Navisworks, Newforma, and Revit APP Store.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Effective skills to help you flourish:

  • Ability to speak intelligently about all aspects of BIM and its related impacts on all aspects of the services provided by AEI.
  • Ability to continue the learning process by attending in-house seminars and continuing education opportunities outside the office.
  • Expert in creating Revit content, setting up models for production and optimizing Revit workflows.
  • Strong spoken and written communications skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.
  • Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Effective working individually and within team environments.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000
