The selected candidate will assist our federal client within the Intelligence Community by demonstrating exceptional customer service, effective communication, and robust organizational and planning skills. Position Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities



  • Welcome visitors with courtesy and professionalism, collecting necessary details for security verification and badge processing.
  • Oversee front desk tasks, including updating visitor logs or rosters and distributing facility badges as needed.
  • Serve as the point of contact among internal teams to help ensure efficient office operations every day.
  • Handle client and visitor concerns, escalating them to the appropriate staff members when necessary.
  • Continuously monitor all entry and exit points via the security system to uphold facility safety.
  • Respond to phone calls and direct them to relevant departments; promptly take and relay messages as needed.
  • Safeguard sensitive information and documents by maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Participate in special projects and provide the administrative support required to bring them to completion.

Education



  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.


Salary Considerations



  • Salary commensurate with an active Security Clearance, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree.
