As an Operations Analyst in our Corporate Customer Service department, you'll turn our contact center data into actionable insights that improve operations and ensure legendary service across our growing North American company. Position Responsibilities Analyze contact center performance data and deliver insights that inform business strategy. Drive improvements that enhance customer service operations, efficiency and processes. Build and maintain SQL queries and Power BI dashboards to support performance, trend and statistical reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and deliver results that meet business needs. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence. Advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL and Power BI experience. Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills. Robotic Process automation (RPA) a plus. Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
