As a Screener at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, supporting smooth operations through security-related screening of employees, visitors, and deliveries. You will monitor entry points, check credentials, verify shipments and documentation, and communicate clearly with site teams to help identify concerns early. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and associates by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, and/or drivers during entry and exit using approved security-related screening processes, verifying identification and directing individuals to the proper check-in steps.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting assistance as needed and documenting events per post orders.
• Monitor access points, staging areas, and camera systems when assigned, reporting suspicious activity and/or policy violations to the appropriate contact.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility interior, exterior, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location and shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
