This role is responsible for preparing equipment, supporting manufacturing processes, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure compliance with GMP standards and clinical production requirements. The ideal candidate has experience working in cleanroom manufacturing, laboratory operations, or regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environments. Responsibilities Clean, sterilize, and autoclave equipment and materials used in clinical manufacturing Perform cleanroom operations in compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety procedures Prepare, sanitize, and assemble cleanroom equipment and manufacturing tools Weigh, label, and prepare raw materials, buffers, and solutions according to batch records Execute aseptic gowning procedures and maintain proper cleanroom practices Complete batch records, logbooks, protocols, and GMP documentation accurately and in real time Perform equipment calibration checks and report any deviations Maintain accurate laboratory and production records Support general clinical manufacturing and laboratory operations Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Associate or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field preferred 0-3 years of experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing or cleanroom environments preferred Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and laboratory procedures Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Ability to wear N95 masks or respirators during certain operations If you are interested in building a career in biotech manufacturing and GMP production, we encourage you to apply.
