Description Plans, supervises, and evaluates the delivery of nursing care, the performance of assigned staff, and unit management. Assists with responsibility 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, for designated clinical area(s) to meet the needs of the patient. Works closely with Nurse Manager to ensure continuity of care across the continuum. Minimal supervision required. Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
