STV is seeking a Senior Environmental Permitting / Natural Resources Project Manager to support transportation and infrastructure projects across North Carolina and the Carolinas. This role will focus on project management, environmental permitting, and natural resources support for transportation projects while working closely with multidisciplinary engineering and planning teams. The successful candidate will contribute to project delivery, regulatory coordination, and environmental documentation while helping support the continued growth of STV's environmental services within the transportation sector. The ideal candidate will have experience managing environmental permitting and NEPA efforts for transportation or infrastructure projects, including coordination with multidisciplinary design teams and support of alternative delivery projects such as design-build. Position Overview The Senior Environmental Permitting / Natural Resources Project Manager will lead and support environmental permitting and natural resources efforts for transportation and infrastructure projects. The role includes project management, technical oversight, client coordination, and regulatory agency interaction while working collaboratively with internal teams.
