Description and Requirements

We are looking for a Seller to focus on selling Monitors and Accessories into Global Accounts and Corporate West segments. As a Relationship Monitors and Accessories Seller for Lenovo, you'll be responsible for delivering net new account wins across these segments. Within each account you will have responsibility for selling solutions from our entire portfolio, with a specific focus on Monitors and Accessories. From these sales, you will drive revenue and profit to position our company for continued growth and success.

You will champion the innovative power of our products to make our customers more productive, collaborative, and transformative. You will understand Lenovo's portfolio of awardwinning products and develop strategies to help new and existing customers identify and implement the best solutions. This is a client-facing sales role requiring deep industry experience, the ability to identify, cultivate, and close new business, and proven expertise in managing large deals at the Csuite level.

We are looking for a hunter with a strong track record who can elevate their career, the territory, and our clients to the next level.

This role will support multiple enterprise verticals, including:

  • Healthcare
  • Financial Services
  • Pharma / Life Sciences
  • Manufacturing
  • Retail
  • Technology
  • Oil & Gas
  • And additional verticals as assigned

Responsibilities:

* Build partnerships with existing, current, and new monitor and accessories customers by coordinating the efforts of sales, opportunity management, marketing, and pre and postsales technical support to maximize revenue and margin for Lenovo Accessories products.

* Build & execute operational plans for driving growth in Accessories and entry, mainstream, and premium Monitor portfolios.

* Own ongoing analysis of metrics and business performance to produce weekly reporting for monitors and accessories performance, including relevant actions and recommendations within the segment.

* Assess and mitigate risks/issues through effective contingency plans.

* Utilize strong coldcalling experience to identify and pursue new acquisition opportunities; plan and execute acquisition activities specific to monitors and accessories in alignment with sales/account teams.

* Maintain competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and provide insightful, actionable outputs across products, markets, and competitors - including product positioning and SWOT analysis.

* Deliver Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to sales and marketing teams across both technology and product areas.


Basic Requirements:

  • 5+ years of direct customer sales experience in the IT industry (solution selling: software, hardware, services).

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proficiency in selling the value of Lenovo Monitors and Accessories solutions.
  • Strong understanding of monitors and accessories portfolios and their applications in customer environments.
  • Strong business analytical skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience working with channel partners.
