As a Security Officer - Badge Verification in Murfreesboro, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will greet associates and drivers, verify IDs and credentials, manage visitor and vehicle entry, and maintain accurate logs. You will stay visible, conduct routine patrols, and communicate concerns quickly to help support smooth operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Control access at gates and/or entry points by verifying identification and authorization, issuing temporary badges as directed, and maintaining visitor and contractor logs.
• Support shipping and receiving operations by coordinating driver check-in and/or check-out, confirming scheduled arrivals, and directing vehicles to designated staging and dock areas per site policy.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, dock areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential issues, with working conditions that may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
