Customer Service Representative (Financial) Location: 100% Remote Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm EST \| 9:30am - 6:00pm EST \| 9:30am - 6:00pm EST Pay Rate: $20/hour (paid weekly) + benefits Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about helping others, especially those with experience in customer service within the financial services or healthcare industries. Qualifications * A candidate that has strong customer service experience in a financial services industry is desired. * 2-3+ years of customer service experience either over the phones or face to face * In lieu of CSR experience, they would also consider candidates with a Bachelor's degree * Type 7,000+ KPH Key Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service via phone and digital channels * Accurately input data while engaging with customers * Address inquiries related to insurance, claims, billing, and healthcare services * Maintain strong performance in a fast-paced call center environment * Meet attendance and call metric expectations * Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, supportive culture Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
