TEKsystems is now hiring for a REMOTE HEALTHCARE DATA ENTRY REPRESENTATIVE (CLIENT COORDINATOR) for an industry-leading Independent Review Organization (IRO) providing high-quality clinical review services across the healthcare, disability, pharmacy, and insurance sectors. The Client Coordinator plays a critical role as the primary point of contact for clients, physicians, and representatives, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong customer service skills and an interest in working in a fast-paced healthcare-related corporate environment. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding questions, report statuses, concerns, or requests for information. Enter and retrieve client or examinee information using MCMC's databases and internal systems. Maintain daily communication with the Quality Assurance (QA) department regarding workflow, pending reports, and turnaround times. File and archive open and closed cases; ensure client data and guidelines remain current and accurate in the system. Work independently and collaboratively to ensure timely completion of tasks, proper documentation, and efficient case management. Direct calls to appropriate internal departments as needed; assist in resolving customer complaints or quality-related issues. Perform clerical tasks including typing, filing, proofreading, emailing, and documentation management. Ensure all activities comply with federal and state legal and safety regulations, including HIPAA. Notify management of any report discrepancies or concerns requiring escalation. Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations. Work Environment: FULL REMOTE- MUST have access to laptop or desktop that supports windows 11 (not provided) M - F 830-5 EST with occasional OT offered Skills: Previous healthcare data entry needed Strong attention to detail Experience with Excel and Word Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
