As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will greet employees and visitors with strong customer service, document observations, and communicate clearly with site leadership and public responders as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial services location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious or disruptive behavior to site leadership and/or local law enforcement as directed by post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, medical events, and/or evacuation situations.
• Complete detailed security-related reports and documentation, including patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity updates, and communicate pertinent information during shift turnovers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1+ years of security experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma and/or GED.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
