As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to resident concerns with clear, professional communication. This is a driving post and requires a valid driver's license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify irregular conditions.
• Control access at entrances and amenities by verifying credentials, managing visitor check-in, and directing deliveries and service providers according to site guidelines.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting onsite management and/or emergency services when needed.
• Complete routine documentation such as daily activity logs, incident reports, and maintenance notifications, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1+ years' armed security/law enforcement/military experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
