Are you a seasoned engineer passionate about building robust, scalable, and observable systems? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our critical infrastructure. In this position, you will directly contribute to the stability, performance, and efficiency of our core platforms, impacting millions of users and supporting our ambitious technological roadmap. This is an urgent need, and your immediate contributions will be highly valued as you help drive forward key projects and initiatives. This role is initially for project support, with potential for extension based on project needs and performance.

**What You'll Do:**

* Design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient cloud-native infrastructure.

* Utilize monitoring and observability tools to ensure system health and performance.

* Automate deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.

* Collaborate with development teams to integrate new services and optimize existing ones.

* Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems and provide effective solutions.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and system reliability.

* Work within an immediate team of approximately 5 individuals, as part of a broader team of around 30.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (preferred).

* Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.

* Proficiency in monitoring and visualization platforms like Grafana.

* Extensive experience with container orchestration platforms, specifically Kubernetes.

* Strong background in cloud computing environments, particularly AWS.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification.

* Prior experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

* Familiarity with cloud-native control planes such as Crossplane.

* Experience with high-performance analytical databases like ClickHouse.
