TheEEO RevenueStrategyteam plays an important role in empowering every person in MCAPS to serve customers by activating and innovating Microsoft's commercial engine. We are passionate about this mission, and we are looking for anexecution-orientedsenior contributorto be part of our Commercial PortfolioAccelerationteam. This team is charged withprioritizing and aligning resources across the Commercial Business to deliverthestrategic multi-year transformation of our commercial sales model and processesthataccelerate growth, improve efficiency and leverage the best of AI to help us serve customers better.

This roleblends commercial transformation strategy with enterprisebusiness planning leadership, spanning near term execution and multi year strategy. The Senior Commercial Portfolio Acceleration Manager will innovate how we partner deeplywith MCAPS, Engineering, Finance, Commercial Marketing, and Planning & Launch teams to align strategy, prioritization, and execution for Microsoft's most critical commercial investments.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Analysis

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on commercial transformation, informing nearterm and multiyear portfolio planning decisions.

  • Partner with senior business and engineering leaders toensurebusiness issues, concerns, and priorities are well understoodand toshape, align, and executecommercial businessstrategic priorities.

  • Lead integrated planning efforts that balance business impact, time to market, and execution feasibility.

  • Synthesize disparate viewpoints into cohesive strategies and defend recommendations with datadriven insights.

Commercial Portfolio Acceleration Leadership

  • Identify, evaluate, and propose new transformation project work/deals based on unmet needs.

  • Assist with creating frameworks and methodologies to drive problem solving and insights. Shares best practices with peers

  • Contribute to integrated planning deliverables, business cases, and executive materials.



Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field

    • OR equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years experience inPortfolio Management, Management Consulting, or Finance.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years marketing, strategy, sales, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience

  • OR equivalent experience.

Sales Strategy Enablement IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
