Microsoft Advertising is seeking a Chief-of-Staff who serves as a strategic, trusted advisor to the CVP and Leadership Team. The CoS amplifies leadership impact, ensures the business runs effectively, and orchestrates crossfunctional alignment in a fastpaced, highly dynamic environment. This role blends strategy, operations, communications, culture, and "airtraffic control" to ensure the org operates as one unified, highperforming team. The ideal candidate is able to effectively context switch, always pivoting broadly across a number of connected and disconnected workstreams. You serve as the gateway into MAI and represent MSA in a number of critical ways; it's important you understand the business deeply and can advocate for the needs of MSA across a variety of topics - resourcing, space, communication, employee award programs, recruiting, etc. Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
