As an Automotive Design Brand VIE Manager, the candidate will be skilled in leading our design team in creating and delivering impactful visuals and presentations that supports our brand's narrative and marketing strategies. In this leadership role, the candidate will oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that our visual output aligns with the Brand's objectives and marketing goals. Candidate's leadership will contribute to the design frameworks that enhance customer experience across various platforms. Candidate will be working closely with various teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all project touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:



  • Lead and mentor the automotive design team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment
  • Develop design strategies that align with Brand messaging and marketing objectives
  • Oversee the creation of innovation design concepts, ensuring they are on-trend
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand, marketing, design team, and engineering to ensure alignment on design goals
  • Present design concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback to refine the final output
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in automotive design
  • Lead in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas
  • Clearly communicate design concept intent to the design team, leadership team, and other stakeholders
  • Respond to feedback and direction from leadership when required
  • Contribute positively to the implementation of the vision and future success of the Studio

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in automotive design with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creative and technical expertise
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and inspiring a creative team
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign )
  • Proficiency in presentations tools such as PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in software such as Blender, Autodesk Alias, and VRED; Unreal is a plus
  • Proficiency in AI tools
  • Strong communication, presentation skills, and project management skills
  • Adaptability, Team spirit, Collective mindset, Solution-oriented, Flexibility in communication, Proactive attitude to make proposals in pressured setting
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities

  • Although depictions of your professional work are needed, you're also welcome to submit work you've accomplished on a personal basis; however, the two should be separated and kept in separate sections of the portfolio
