Ruby on Rails Full Stack Engineer (Consultant, Engineering & Technical Services)

The Ruby on Rails Engineer (Consultant,Engineering & Technical Services) will work on a program that supports the authentication, identity verification, and partner experience domains for a single sign-on (SSO) program. This particular role will play a pivotal role in enhancing and expanding the experience for identity verification for the account.

This work involves close partnership and daily collaboration with federal stakeholders and clients to

enhance and strengthen the product's identity capabilities, ensuring users have a secure, seamless

experience

Your Responsibilities in this Role:

This role is accountable for delivering both backend and frontend enhancements using AWS Cloud to

strengthen the product's identity capabilities, ensuring users have a secure and seamless experience.

The role also participates in on-call and deployment rotations, providing incident response support

during business hours. You will serve as a trusted partner to product, security, privacy, and federal

stakeholders, helping to drive exceptional outcomes. As a Consultant, you will demonstrate proactive,

solutions-oriented communication while collaborating closely with both the team and the client.

This role is instrumental in delivering secure, efficient, and scalable solutions that directly impact the success of projects, teams, and organizational goals.This role will possess and/or develop the skillsto be able to span the domains of software development, data engineering, infrastructure automation, information assurance, and AI/ML integration at a practical application level of proficiency .This Consultant role will work on projects that allow them to contribute across the entire technology stack-software, infrastructure, data, AI, and security-to ensure quality, speed, and innovation in delivery.

Backend Development

*Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails

*Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs

The salary range for this position is:

Minimum Salary: $91,554

Salary Midpoint: $119,020

Maximum Salary: $146,486

Hiring Range for Role: $142,000

*This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance criteria.
