Here's what you'd do:

  • As a NAM Partner Management Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting NAM Partner Management in the following aspects.
  • Support the client product teams by building contract terms and a business model for indirect sales of products into the markets.
  • Cross-functional interaction among legal, compliance, and quality departments, assuring required sales partner processes are maintained and acceptable.
  • Maintain sales partner contract management within the contract archive when appropriate.
  • Assist quality management system documentation, SOP, and work instruction preparation, and schedule regular sales partner briefings.
  • Support quality activities by maintaining the sales partner ecosystem, audit schedule, and audit planning of sales partners.
  • Maintain sales partner document library, change control process, and nonconformance recordkeeping.
  • Assist management of relevant technical analyst firm interactions, planning of product evaluations, and scheduling of analyst participation at key events and tradeshows.
  • Cross-functional interaction among market and sales operations, and communications in data management processes.
  • Support annual auditing of select applications for compliance with data privacy requirements.
  • Contract Support.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $45.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week. (1st shift).

Length: Contract (12 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Supply Chain Management or Business or Quality or Marketing or Communications.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in regular prioritization and management of a variety of projects.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in interacting with many levels of management and individual contributors, accomplishing responsibilities.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in supporting change, processes, and implementing tools/processes within organizations with a proven outcome.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in reviewing and working with contracts.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in any quality-regulated environment.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Ability to interpret detailed documents.
  • Familiarity with templates and business-driven terms.
  • Understanding of audits, quality documentation, and process adherence.
  • Exposure to outward-facing activities, trade shows, events, campaigns, PowerPoints, and basic content support.
  • Ability to learn internal apps quickly (contract mgmt, doc mgmt, compliance tools).
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Calendar.
  • Good process orientation.
  • Comfortable communicating with VP-level internal stakeholders.
  • Good note-taking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a support function
  • proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Calendar.
