Job Summary

Organizes and directs the operations of the office through appropriate utilization of resources and delegation of responsibilities. Ensures that the quality of services provided is appropriate and that financial, budgetary, productivity, and customer service requirements are met.
Essential Functions
  • Assures adherence to all business practices and documentation requirements.
  • Supervises staff, interviewing, recruitment, hiring, retention, performance evaluation, initiating counseling and administering corrective action. Role models optimal customer service and fosters an environment of open, honest, and direct communication with staff; ensures that staff abide by optimal customer service standards.
  • Ensures compliance with all contracts and collaborative relationships within the system are maintained, and that medical records practices meet established guidelines.
  • Works in conjunction with the team to ensure daily unit operational needs are met and that customer satisfaction is assured.
  • Manages budget and finances for area of responsibility in a cost-effective manner by assisting the development of the budget; monitoring expenditures; ensuring purchases are appropriate; and adhering to financial processes, policies, and guidelines. Processes Accounts Payable.
  • May maintain ongoing operational reports and program evaluation system, and communicates results to the appropriate parties.
Qualifications
  • Required Associate's Degree or equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant experience related field, including office supervision Required
