for Ignite.


This Opportunity:

GISI Ignite is seeking a Manager, Operations and Delivery to play a central role in enabling Ignite's portfolio of technology, innovation, and transformation initiatives across GISI. The role is responsible for translating strategy into execution, ensuring initiatives are well structured, resourced, governed, and delivered, while strengthening the operational foundations required to scale Ignite sustainably.

The role spans overseeing Ignite's core operations, initiative and technology delivery, and strategy execution, working closely with initiative leads, operating companies (OPCOs), and Palladium enabling functions.

Location:

This is a full-time, hybrid position based
out of one of GISI's office locations in these areas: New York, NY, Arlington,
VA, Denver, CO, or Newport Beach, CA
, with potential client travel. This
role, while posted in multiple locations, is for only one opening.

Palladium supports a hybrid working model with a mix of in-office and telework.

Compensation:

For our
prospective employees in the United States, please note that the full-time
equivalent annual base salary for this position is expected to range from $120,000 - $135,000.

Please be advised that a final salary offer will be based on
various factors, including but not limited to your qualifications, education,
experience, skills, seniority, performance, and GISI/Palladium's business or
organizational needs.

  • The role reports to theDirector of Strategy and Operations, GISI Ignite
  • The role will berequiredto liaise closely withoperations and delivery teams acrossoperatingcompanies and engagingclosely with OPCO counterparts

Primary
Roles and Responsibilities:


Business & People Operations

  • Operationalize Ignite's core business processes in collaboration with GISI and OPCO workflows and business functions, automating processes and workflows as applicable
  • Coordinate HR, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning processes for Ignite activities
  • Coordinate resource management and staffing processes and systems across initiatives and operating companies
  • Support financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure tracking for Ignite operations and initiatives
  • Oversee procurement, contracting, and vendor management processes, including coordination with IT and Information Security teams
  • Support knowledge management activities, including documentation, process guidance, and shared resources

Program, Project, Technology & Initiative Delivery

  • Work with initiative leads to structure programs, projects, and initiatives, including defining scope, timelines, delivery approaches, and governance
  • Support processes and coordinate workflows in collaboration with the Ignite Coordination Center and Orchestration Lead
  • Support engagement leads to procure technology services, platforms, and delivery partners, working closely with IT, Legal, and Finance
  • Establish and manage processes to capture and monitor technical progress, financial performance, and delivery milestones
  • For assigned initiatives, serve as engagement lead, acting as the primary operational and delivery counterpart to initiative sponsors and partners

Strategy & Value Execution

  • Establish and maintain tracking systems for routine reporting, introducing automation where relevant to improve efficiency and insight
  • Oversee the development, quality assurance, and submission of routine internal and external reports
  • Support impact measurement efforts by coordinating technical and financial performance data across initiatives
  • Support client and internal stakeholder engagement through structured updates, reporting, and governance forums

Essential
Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management or international development. Masters in Business Administration is a plus
  • 7+ years of demonstrated project management and business analysis experience with generalist knowledge, skills, and capabilities across core functional areas related to professional services organizations; experience in a technology-oriented organization is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience supporting strategy execution, initiative delivery, and cross functional coordination
  • Experience implementing digital transformation activities to support operational process improvementsincluding using project management software like Monday.com and Microsoft PowerAutomate and PowerApps
