Overview Advanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is hiring for a Requirements Management Co-Op in Richland, WA. This position will support Navarro-ATL. Navarro-ATL is located in Richland, WA and operates, manages, and maintains the 222-S Laboratory Complex for the Department of Energy. Navarro-ATL members are Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. (Oak Ridge, TN), and Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International (Gaithersburg, MD). Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities The Requirements Management Co-Op will support the Requirements Management team in ensuring project requirements are defined, documented, tracked, and managed throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers exposure to a variety of engineering, technical, and regulatory projects within a highly regulated environment. The Co-Op will gain practical experience in requirements processes, document control, and compliance tracking.
Assist in gathering, documenting, and organizing project requirements from stakeholders.

Compensation Grade Business Co-Op Soph: $21.00/hr Grade Business Co-Op Jr: $24.60/hr Grade Business Co-Op Sr: $28.00/hr The grade level offered to the selected candidate will be based on business needs and the candidate's education, training, and/or relevant experience.
