The team The SAP Digital Transformation team partners with global organizations to deliver complex SAP S/4HANA implementations and modernization initiatives. Our team focuses on helping clients successfully migrate legacy data, optimize business processes, and enable scalable enterprise solutions. Working alongside SAP functional experts, architects, and business stakeholders, the team drives end-to-end migration strategies that ensure data accuracy, system performance, and seamless integration across the SAP ecosystem. This collaborative environment values innovation, technical expertise, and problem-solving to deliver successful large-scale transformation programs for clients across multiple industries. The role The SAP Data Migration Specialist will play a key role in supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations by designing, developing, and executing data migration strategies from legacy systems into SAP environments. This role will work closely with functional teams, technical architects, and business stakeholders to analyze data requirements, map legacy data structures, and ensure accurate and efficient migration of business-critical data. Responsibilities include building ETL processes, supporting data validation and reconciliation activities, and ensuring data quality throughout the migration lifecycle. The specialist will participate in all phases of the implementation, including data extraction, transformation, load execution, testing, and post-go-live support. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues while maintaining tight project timelines in fast-paced implementation environments.
