As a Security Officer - X-Ray Checkpoint in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location where you will monitor entrances, patrol assigned areas, and complete routine checks to help identify and report security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate status updates to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, yards, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity, unsecured doors, and/or hazards, and report findings per post orders.
• Monitor access control points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, and help manage truck driver and contractor check-in and direction per site procedures.
• Complete required reports such as incident documentation, shift logs, and patrol activity records, and assist with preserving information and/or evidence for management review.

Minimum Requirements:

• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
