Company: A leading national electrical and construction services provider Location: Social Circle, GA (On-site) Position Type: Contract-to-Hire (640 hours) Experience Level: Intermediate Pay Range: $45-$55/hour (W2) Drug Test Required: Yes About the Role We are seeking a P6 Scheduler to support the strategic planning and construction scheduling of new and existing data center builds across the Southeast. This position plays a critical role in coordinating timelines, resources, and reporting for complex telecommunications integration and construction initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a detailoriented scheduling professional who excels in Primavera P6, project coordination, and managing timelines within fast-paced technical or construction environments. Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with Project Managers to develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules. * Track workload distribution, installation progress, and customer delivery milestones. * Coordinate with project teams, leads, and superintendents to manage endtoend project calendars. * Identify schedule risks or conflicts and escalate or resolve as needed. * Supply all scheduling data required for weekly and monthly progress reports. * Interpret blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to build accurate and realistic schedules. * Support continuous process improvement efforts within project operations. * Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Experience & Skills * Minimum 3 years of scheduling experience in telecommunications, construction, or related technical fields. * 2+ years of handson Primavera P6 experience. * Strong analytical ability for data entry, retrieval, analysis, and decision support. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, MS Project). * Experience with SQL, estimation tools, reporting, or Power BI a strong plus. * Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills. * Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects. * Experience working with vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, and cross-functional project teams. Education * High school diploma or GED required. Technical Skills (Preferred/Required) * Primavera P6 * Microsoft Project * Microsoft Excel * SQL * Estimation * Power BI * Critical path analysis * Resource planning * Schedule management Work Environment * Primarily office-based in a construction trailer or on-site project office. * Regular interaction with project leadership, field teams, vendors, and suppliers.
