This person NEEDS PRIOR TECHNICAL PHONE SUPPORT experience handling technical tickets as they will be first line of defense** Description This client is looking for a Service Desk Technician to join their team supporting a Windows/MAC environment to troubleshoot issues over the phone. They primarily will be working with Microsoft OS, (Windows 10). They will be tasked to handle end user calls, provide a high level of customer service and remediation any software or hardware related issues via remote assistance. They will be responsible for password resets, troubleshooting, documenting, and escalating any issues. Effective communication with the customer (end user) and internal team is extremely important in order to stay organized and provide the correct service levels to the community of end users.
