We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our sales enablement marketing production efforts. In this exciting role, you will manage the entire lifecycle of marketing content, from initial concept to final deployment, ensuring our sales teams are equipped with compelling resources that drive results. Your expertise will directly influence the effectiveness of outreach, acquisition, and retention initiatives, making a significant difference in how our organization connects with its audience.

As a Sales Enablement Marketing Production leader, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless delivery of critical marketing assets. You will lead a dedicated team, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive the strategic execution of materials that empower our sales force. Your contributions will directly support large-scale programs and critical enrollment periods, making your impact highly visible and essential to our success.

Responsibilities:



  • Manage a high-performing team responsible for developing educational and marketing materials that support member acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies. This includes overseeing the creation of multi-channel print and digital communications.
  • Take ownership of and contribute to key deliverable tactics, such as flyers, brochures, and presentations, ensuring they are effective and tailored for their intended audience.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams, including internal creative agencies, legal, compliance, and business partners, representing your team and providing crucial project updates.
  • Oversee and manage timelines and team members across a comprehensive set of deliverables, ensuring large-scale program materials are brought to market efficiently and distributed to sales representatives against strict deadlines to support critical enrollment periods.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10-15 years of progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record.
  • A strategic thinker with extensive experience in managing and owning the end-to-end production, development, and deployment of marketing materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a production team that has successfully delivered a high volume of customizable templates to support a sales organization.
  • Experience with introducing and leveraging agile concepts, including running sprints, and developing and managing backlogs to deliver production materials efficiently.
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of overseeing complex initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills, proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A self-starter who consistently takes initiative and operates with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Passion for contributing to an organization dedicated to continuously improving consumer experiences.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Experience with leading project management tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, Aprimo, or similar platforms.
  • Previous experience in an agency setting or an in-house agency environment.
  • Proficiency in copy and creative editing.
  • Background in the health insurance sector, or experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks, is a significant advantage.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37.24 to $41.38 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
