CNC Machining Process Developer

What You'll Do

• Drive machining excellence by developing, documenting, and improving CNC processes, tooling, fixtures, and programs (Esprit CAM).
• Support new product launches through process validation, verification, and creation of complete fabrication data packages.
• Troubleshoot machining issues, support MRB activities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Review engineering drawings for manufacturability and costreduction opportunities.
• Lead programming efforts and contribute to Lean initiatives, including SMED and PokaYoke.
• Collaborate across shifts to resolve technical and workflow challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA QSR).

What You Bring

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of machining/manufacturing experience.
• Strong CNC machining background, including setup, tooling, and cycle optimization.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Experience with GD&T (ASME/ISO), SPC, and fixture/tooling design.
• Familiarity with Swissturn and 5axis mill/turn equipment.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work overtime as needed.
• Valid driver's license for frequent company travel.
