Position Summary: Paisly, a JetBlue Airways subsidiary, manages the JetBlue Vacations brand, travel insurance, cruises, car rentals and other non-air travel products. Paisly's Manager, Regional Accommodation Partners is entrepreneurial, analytical, creative and passionate about growing our regional lodging / hotel product offerings and partnerships for our customers. In addition to managing the performance of Paisly's existing regional lodging / hotel product portfolio, this Manager will be responsible for identifying and onboarding additional regional accommodation partners. The Manager will work closely with other members of the Commercial team to help source and launch new regional accommodation partners, ensuring that customer targeting, product offering and merchandising efforts are all coordinated to ensure the highest likelihood of success. As a member of Paisly's Commercial team, this role will require cross-functional coordination across Paisly's Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations and Finance teams and with the broader JetBlue organization, to create alignment towards success. Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Paisly's regional accommodation product strategy, including partner management and development, product mix and expansion, for distribution through the JetBlue Vacations and TrueBlue Travel websites and other channels.
- Grow Paisly's direct partnerships with regional accommodation brands.
- In partnership with the Manager, Global Accommodation Partners, manage accommodation partnership strategy, including defining and negotiating commercial contract terms and service level agreements (SLA's) for existing and newly-identified business partners.
- Analyze business partner and destination performance trends on an ongoing basis.
- Establish priorities for direct hotel supply management (i.e., optimization of pricing and inventory availability).
- Direct merchandising plans to ensure that offerings continually capitalize on destination and property needs.
- Lead merchandising of regional accommodations on the JetBlue Vacations and TrueBlue Travel websites and other distribution channels.
- Lead a team that maintains relationships with our top regional accommodation partners (responsible for contracting, negotiating, price monitoring, exclusive benefit roll-outs, etc.).
- Analyze industry trends and identify market opportunities to bring unique travel experiences to life for our current and future customers.
- Monitor competitive industry landscape and customer experience / product trends, and determine implications to Paisly product design, portfolio strategy and business development.
- Provide guidance and development to the Product Strategy & Business Development support team (Analysts & Coordinators).
- Manage relationships with other Paisly leaders and other supporting departments at Paisly.
- Provides necessary support to peer groups across the Paisly organization.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience.
- Five (5) years of leadership experience.
- Five (5) years of experience either selling for hotels or managing hotel inventory purchases for an outside organization.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite & Google Products.
- Experience with business analysis using Excel, Sheets, Docs, etc.
- Flexible and able to work at any time, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Available for up to 30% overnight travel between Paisly Support Centers in Salt Lake City, UT, Orlando, FL, Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Long Island City, NY, as well as hotel business partners in the United States, Caribbean, and LatAm.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Four (4) years managing cross functional projects or initiatives (cross functional teamwork).
- Experience in travel, hotel, and/or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of ecommerce and online travel industry.
- Experience launching new customer products or customer journeys.
- Outstanding analytical skills including building complex models that integrate inputs from multiple data sources to enable robust scenario planning.
- Exposure to and knowledge of P&L management.
Crewmember Expectations:
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice.
- Able to maintain a professional appearance.
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft.
