Aquent, a trusted partner to a prominent organization, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of new and existing talent, directly impacting employee readiness and overall operational efficiency. You will be at the forefront of facilitating critical system access and provisioning, contributing significantly to a smooth and compliant employee experience from day one. **Responsibilities:** * Provide ongoing technical analysis and troubleshooting support for personnel onboarding and provisioning processes.
* Ensure all onboarding and access activities strictly adhere to established security, compliance, and access governance requirements.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to review and validate job templates, ensuring provisioning requests are accurate and complete for immediate employee readiness.
* Submit and meticulously manage access and provisioning requests, coordinating effectively with technology teams and cross-functional stakeholders to complete assigned tasks.
* Support new and existing employees by proactively identifying and resolving missing or incorrect roles and system access issues.
* Act as a gatekeeper for onboarding provisioning, verifying that all requests comply with governance standards prior to submission.
* Maintain and update vital reports and records, working closely with leadership to ensure job templates are current across all supported areas.
* Manage the team's central communication channel, addressing incoming requests and inquiries and assigning them appropriately.
* Generate weekly reports to provide leadership with crucial visibility into operational status.
* Assist provisioning teams with lingering tasks and provide comprehensive operational support. **Qualifications:** **Must-Have Qualifications:** * High School Diploma or Equivalent.
* Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
* Proficiency in using email, standard productivity suites, and other enterprise tools.
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with hiring managers, technology teams, and key stakeholders.
* Proven effective time management skills and a high level of attention to detail.
* Capacity to manage multiple requests concurrently while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
* A customer-focused approach to supporting employees with role assignments, access corrections, and overall system readiness.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding and provisioning issues. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems, HR information systems, and IT service management tools. This is a HYBRID opportunity (2 days onsite) in Pomona, CA #LI-VS1
