Accountabilities & Responsibilities Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including QMS, FDA regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements. Researches, plans, edits, writes, and coordinates the development of technical documents. Works closely with engineers and production team members to understand documentation needs. Work closely with engineers to complete data collection, compilation, and analysis. Ensures documentation is consistent, clear, technically accurate, and complete. Commits to scheduled completion dates and communicates risks. Supports project teams with estimates, schedules, and status. Organizes and facilitates content and quality reviews. Manages document change release using PDM (Reliance). Assists in maintaining internal systems and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Education: Degree (diploma, associate, or bachelor) in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a technical field is preferred. Minimum Experience: 1-3 years of technical writing or related experience in the medical device industry. Knowledge & Skills Demonstrated ability to write clearly and concisely. Ability to manage multiple projects with changing deadlines. Excellent communication and organization skills. Attention to detail. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat. Knowledge and usage of automation tools and AI for documentation is preferred. Knowledge of medical device documentation regulations. Experience with engineering projects in an international organization. Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success.
