Project Manager, Hotel Growth Strategy (Remote)

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to lead and support a portfolio of strategic initiatives that advance our hotel growth strategy. This role will drive high-impact special projects-including GDS Modernization, booking platform optimization, marketing initiatives, and enterprise-wide hotel health checks-ensuring cross-functional alignment, delivery excellence, and measurable progress toward our hotel program goals.

To be successful in this role, you will deliver projects on time with strong cross-team collaboration. In this role, you will need to provide clear and consistent reporting, enabling leadership to make informed decisions. Overall, we are looking for a more structured, transparent, and efficient approach to hotel initiative execution.

As a Project Manager, Hotel Growth Strategy, you will

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of special projects tied to the hotel growth strategy
• Oversee and track initiatives across GDS Modernization, booking platform optimization, hotel marketing campaigns, operational improvements along with other strategic initiatives
• Conduct ongoing "health checks" of hotel initiatives, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities
• Partner with internal teams (Product Planning, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure alignment on milestones and deliverables
• Facilitate productive meetings, capture and manage action items, and maintain strong communication throughout project lifecycles
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, dashboards, and progress reports for stakeholders and executive leadership
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear KPIs tied to hotel program growth
• Escalate issues and recommend solutions that keep projects moving forward
• Contribute to the development of best practices, processes, and tools that enhance project governance and team efficiency
• Support continuous improvement across the hotel vertical, ensuring BCD's hotel offering meets the needs of various internal and external stakeholders

About you

• Prior project management experience, ideally in travel, hospitality, technology, or related industries (Experience with GDS, hotel distribution systems, or hotel ecommerce platforms is a plus)
• Proven track record managing multiphase, crossfunctional initiatives
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
• Proficiency in project management tools, ideally Jira and Smartsheet
• Background supporting marketing, product, or platform optimization projects is preferred, but not required
• PMP, Agile, or similar certification would be helpful in this role

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Project Manager, Hotel Growth Strategy is between $70,000 and $80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
