Marketing Manager

This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino, CA.


Summary

This role supports the Customer Lifecycle team by driving acquisition and activation initiatives across multiple digital services. The position focuses on executing on-device and email marketing campaigns that support growth through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven insights. The role contributes to building engaging customer experiences while supporting scalable marketing programs across the organization.


Our Ideal Candidate

  • 7+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or acquisition marketing
  • Passion for entertainment, media, and digital services with a strong foundation in customer lifecycle marketing
  • Proficient in email marketing platforms and in-app messaging tools, with strong campaign management and data analysis skills
  • Familiar with segmentation strategies, behavioral triggers, personalization tactics, and multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional partners including strategy, creative, legal, PR, and analytics teams
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strategic thinker with strong project management skills and experience executing complex marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Word, and Excel

Job Description

In this role, you will support acquisition and retention marketing through coordinated email and on-device campaigns designed to drive customer engagement and growth.

You'll partner with marketing strategy, creative, legal, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaign assets, messaging, and deliverables align with program goals. This includes managing campaign intake, coordinating campaign timelines, reviewing creative assets, and communicating updates across stakeholders.

You will also maintain campaign trackers, manage internal reporting materials, and support campaign optimization through post-promotion performance analysis, supporting the Customer Lifecycle team's overall marketing effectiveness and operational success.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Background in marketing, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, communications, or analytics
  • Experience supporting multi-channel digital campaigns, email marketing programs, or customer lifecycle initiatives

Additional Requirements

  • This opportunity is located in Cupertino, CA and requires hybrid work
  • The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $89.50 per hour
  • This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and 401(k) depending on tenure and hours worked
  • This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
