Our client is looking for a Vice President Brand & Growth Operations to join their team!

This is a full-time, remote position with quarterly in-person strategy sessions required.

Responsibilities:




  • Define and execute the company's multi-channel growth strategy, aligning product, marketing, and launch initiatives to drive sustainable revenue and brand authority.



  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the founder, translating vision into operational plans and organizational priorities while maintaining high-leverage oversight rather than unilateral decision-making.



  • Maintain premium brand stewardship by embedding differentiation, positioning, and long-term vision into all growth, marketing, and launch decisions.



  • Integrate cross-functional teams-including Product, R&D, Creative, Supply Chain, CX, Growth, and Wholesale-to ensure alignment, eliminate silos, and accelerate execution across initiatives.



  • Translate consumer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis into actionable strategies for channels, pricing, bundling, and innovation opportunities.



  • Establish and oversee structured marketing and launch frameworks, ensuring campaigns, product introductions, and expansions protect brand equity and deliver measurable results.



  • Implement performance oversight systems, KPI dashboards, and test-and-learn methodologies to monitor growth, inform strategic decisions, and optimize margin and revenue outcomes.




Requirements:




  • 12-15+ years of experience in brand, growth, or channel leadership roles, preferably within beauty, premium CPG, or high-consideration DTC brands.



  • Demonstrated ability to architect disciplined growth strategies, build integrated teams, and execute multi-channel marketing programs.



  • Proven experience operating in founder-led organizations with high-stakes decision-making, financial acumen, and operational fluency.



  • Strong cross-functional leadership, able to unify teams, remove obstacles, and maintain collaborative alignment across diverse business functions.



  • Track record managing multi-million-dollar revenue brands ($10M-$50M preferred) and driving measurable business impact.




The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $190,000-$220,000 base per year plus performance incentives and equity.
