We're seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Integrated Program Manager, to join our Integrated Marketing team. This role can be located in New York City or Pittsburgh. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Serve as the program manager for larger, cross-functional marketing initiatives from intake through launch. Establish clear scope, milestones, dependencies, and ownership in partnership with the program owner and senior leaders, ensuring initiatives move forward with defined governance and accountability.
- Translate approved priorities into integrated execution plans that align timelines, workstreams, and channel teams. Proactively identify risks, constraints, and dependencies, escalating issues early to maintain momentum and delivery confidence across highvisibility initiatives.
- Facilitate program kickoffs, ongoing status forums, and key decision checkpoints. Track progress, risks, and issues centrally, ensuring work remains aligned to agreedupon objectives, scope, and delivery commitments. Apply disciplined governance to keep senior stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Deliver consistent, executiveready reporting focused on progress, delivery, and outcomes - not just activity. Partner with Data & Analytics teams as needed to ensure visibility into performance and results, and capture learnings to inform future planning and prioritization cycles.
- Apply, evolve, and reinforce a common program management playbook for priority initiatives. Ensure programs follow a consistent structure so teams know what to expect, enabling scale, predictability, and confidence across the organization.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience leading complex, crossfunctional marketing, communications, or enterprise programs with high executive visibility.
- Proven ability to establish governance, manage ambiguity, and drive alignment across senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
- Strong program management expertise, including planning, risk management, dependency mapping, and executivelevel reporting.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $83,000 and $134,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
