Job Summary

TheSupply Chain Solutions Analyst II-AIwill develop, execute,monitor, and report the progress of continuousimprovementAIprojects set forth by the Supply Chain Solutions Group. They will oversee, execute, track, and own multiple SCAIprojects. TheAnalyst willbe responsible fordeveloping and executing the entire project management spectrum, they will map processes, analyze work and information flows for standardization,automationand optimization opportunities, and analyze data todetermineefficacy and control ofAI projects, alwaysseekingthe mostoptimalsolution. They will be the primary process engineers for Supply Chain Solutions processes and technologies.

Essential Functions

  • Understandsopportunities for business processimprovement, andseeksto learn and documentunderlying andexisting business processes.
  • Test plans and/or test cases (help translate functional requirements/specifications into working test plans and/or test cases)
  • Analyzes different solutions for ROI, CBA, and feasibility todeterminebestsolution.
  • Develops requirements and inputs for predictive, prescriptive, and experimental analyses; evaluates and implements results from said analyses
  • Performs testing, documenting, reporting, analysis, task fulfillment, and daily communication of improvement project objectives
  • Establishes methods and coordinatesimplementation of new processesand technologythroughout theSupply Chain department.
  • Stayscurrent on emerging tools,techniquesand technologies that can support process improvement.
  • Presentsto stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
  • Records and reports actions taken throughout many departmental processes, for the purpose of analysis support and SOP generation
  • Monitors andfollowsup on actionsrequiredfrom external parties for existing improvement projects.
  • Designs,illustrates, and publishes flow charts, decision trees, SOPs, charts,calendarsand multiple other visualizations in support of documentation, projectmanagementand communication
  • Overseesthe coordination of all concurrentAIprojects, andassistsin the weighting and prioritization of all projects
  • Understands the strategic goals of the team, Supply Chain, and organization, and aligns all work with those goals
  • Determines andreports the success or failure of implemented improvements, including the definition of metrics and indicators, and analyzing the results of completed projects
  • Conducts Pre andPost Mortemson projects, including documenting, evaluating, and reporting lessons learned.
  • Presents updates and recaps of implemented projects to cross functional stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4 Years -Supply Chain, IT, Engineering or similar
  • 4 Years -Data Analysis, Data Science, Data PresentationArchitectureand/or Statistics
  • 4 Years -Business Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement, Business Process Engineering,Experience managing people/projects
