Position Summary The College of Arts & Science (CAS) is seeking a talented Assistant Director, Academic Success Innovation to join the team. This individual will lead initiatives that integrate the College's and departmental academic success strategies supporting degree progress, academic access and engagement, and post-graduation opportunities, with a focus on interdisciplinary curricular interventions at the course, program, and College levels. Serve as an essential partner to academic departments in implementing and assessing immediate evidence-based academic success interventions reducing time to degree, increasing retention, supporting student engagement, and expanding global curricular pathways. Design and implement assessment strategies to ensure measurable outcomes of academic success interventions. Develop materials and best academic success strategies; produce workshops, resources, and collaborative opportunities to encourage academic success experimentation; and contribute to institutional reporting, accreditation reviews, and strategic planning initiatives. Recommend improvements and leverage technology to streamline development needs that emerge as the curriculum and student body evolve. Qualifications Required Education: Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $73,500.00 to USD $83,500.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
