Position Title: Project Manager - Installation Services Wage: Based on Experience We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in Springfield, MO to lead installation projects for industrial process systems within regulated manufacturing environments. This role oversees projects from concept through completion, including engineering coordination, budgeting, on-site management, installation, and commissioning. This position requires strong technical aptitude, customer-facing communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple active projects at various stages of development. Project Manager Responsibilities: - Manage multiple installation projects simultaneously (ranging from mid-size to multi-million-dollar budgets) - Oversee the full project lifecycle: design coordination, planning, execution, installation, and commissioning - Collaborate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and field installation teams - Ensure projects meet timeline, budget, and quality expectations - Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and customers - Prepare estimates, proposals, quotes, and track invoicing - Travel to customer sites as needed (project-dependent) - Support service and post-installation follow-up activities Qualifications for Project Manager: - 3-5+ years of Project Management experience in food and beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or similar regulated manufacturing environments - Background in process mechanical systems preferred - Experience with stainless steel or hygienic process piping systems highly desirable - Familiarity with P&ID, GMP environments, and project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit, Plant3D, or similar) - Engineering background is a plus - PMP certification preferred but not required - Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills - Valid driver's license and ability to meet DOT requirements - Ability to travel up to 25-50% depending on project phase - Ability to pass company and DOT screening process Benefits: - Competitive base salary + annual performance-based bonus - Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance - 401(k) with company match - Paid time off - Relocation assistance available (case-by-case basis) - Stable organization with strong employee retention IND345 | |
