The Storytelling Department at West Virginia University is currently accepting applications for an on-site Photographer/Video Producer. About the Opportunity The Photographer/Video Producer at West Virginia University produces photography and videography to tell the story of our vibrant community through our many channels, including social media, web, email, print, and others. As a content creator on the Storytelling team in the Strategic Communications & Marketing division, the ideal candidate will have a good eye, an ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, and be excited about finding and telling stories visually. The Photographer/Video Producer should be an experienced expert, capable of producing creative and striking imagery that engages our audiences. Our content creators work closely with our writers and social media team and often collaborate on projects. We value excellence and encourage innovation and curiosity - aiming to have fun in the process. This is an exciting time for the SCM Storytelling team - we are capturing the academic, research, outreach and student experiences at WVU and bringing the institution to life with our stories.
