Temple University's Athletics Department is searching for an Offensive Analyst - Football

Salary Grade: A66

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Offensive Coordinator, the Offensive Analyst will provide high-level support and assistance to the Offensive Football Staff. The Offensive Analyst is a pivotal role within the coaching staff, primarily responsible for analyzing opponent's defensive strategies and tendencies to provide insights and recommendations to the coaching staff.

Required Education & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree with two (2) or more years of related experience.

  • Knowledge of NCAA and Conference Regulations.

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree.

  • Experience with a Division I Program

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Must be able to work a highly variable schedule, including nights and weekends.

  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.

  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Software, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving, strong leadership, and team-building skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to supervise the maintenance and improvements of football facilities, including field preparation and readiness.

  • Ability to liaise with the coaching staff for football officiating and rules, including University guidelines, American Athletic Conference guidelines, and NCAA rules.

  • Ability to organize preseason training camp regarding housing, meals, transportation, entertainment, speakers and presentations, officials, and daily schedule.

  • Ability to assist with the coordination and execution of fundraising, donor, and fan events.

  • Must have a valid driver's license and can operate a motor vehicle.
