ABOUT THE JOB:

The System Enablement Manager is responsible for executing an enterprise enablement strategy that drives system adoption and user proficiency across the organization. This role partners cross functionally to identify gaps and business goals and optimizes Salesforce products and tools to support those areas. The manager supports major project rollouts through proactive enablement and provides hands on, virtual or on-site guidance as needed to ensure successful adoption of new business processes.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Manage enablement support: Manage virtual and onsite support team to support deployments including developing content, assessing readiness, delivering training, monitoring hypercare, and providing hands-on guidance. Act as trusted advisors during go-live phases, ensuring end users are confident and equipped to leverage new features effectively.
  • Deploy Salesforce features to guide users and improve compliance: Define the roadmap for system enablement across all functions. Lead the implementation of Salesforce-native tools such as In-App Guidance, Guidance Paths, and Knowledge to enhance user experience and enforce process standards. Establish KPIs tied to enablement outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and governance: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration teams to ensure enablement efforts are synchronized with broader business initiatives. Establish governance frameworks for content lifecycle, release management, and change management, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate on process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives: Partner with business stakeholders to integrate system enhancement into functional training plans, ensuring that system changes align with commercial & operational needs. Work closely with SDFC system releases and Willscot development and project teams to understand upcoming system enhancements to support smooth rollout.
  • Additional Duties and Functions as assigned

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in related field - Computer Science, Business, Communications, Education, or related fields
* 5+ years combined experience in enablement or technical training roles
* 5+ years progressive experience managing both people and processes
* 5+ years experience within the Salesforce application including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Salesforce certification(s) a plus.



Required Skills and Abilities:
* Governance and Change Management - manage content life cycles and standard processes documentation
* Project Management - ability to coordinate major rollouts, manage timelines, and ensure readiness
* Cross-Functional Collaboration - ability to partner with functional teams, building teamwork and rapport
* Continuous Improvement Mindset - skilled at leveraging feedback loops and explore new technologies
* Leadership and Team Development - proven ability to lead, mentor, and align team efforts


Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, walk, etc., for office environment; ability to be on phones majority of business day.


Work Environment:
This is primarily an in-office role. Manager should anticipate 20% travel once program is established.


Supervisory Responsibility:
Anticipate one or more onshore/offshore resources to support content development. Team to be hired.
