Description
The Associate Regional Business Operations Manager provides support for the operational efficiency of regional sales branches by undertaking administrative tasks, thereby allowing the sales team to focus on client-facing activities. Plays a key role in supporting training initiatives and assists Corporate Sales Departments to enhance overall sales effectiveness. Our Regional Business Operations Managers

Candidates must be local or willing to relocate at their own expense. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Only candidates authorized to work in the United States will be considered. Total compensation for this position is a combination of base plus incentive. A reasonable, good faith estimate of the base pay range the employer expects to pay at hire for this role is $55,000 to $65,000. Total compensation targeted for this role is $60,000 to $75,000. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational considerations. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
