Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Starting Pay: $19.57 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and safetyfocused Production Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various light and heavy equipment used in scrapping, recycling, and materials processing.

You will help support daily production needs through machine setup, operation, monitoring, and basic preventative maintenance, all while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow all company safety policies and promote a zeroinjury safety culture.
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
  • Set up and operate machines for routine, established work.
  • Process and sort recyclable materials.
  • Monitor equipment and perform preventative maintenance, including adjustments, programming, and calibration.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to use basic computer applications.
  • Ability to follow stepbystep instructions, work independently or as part of a team, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Experience operating light and heavy equipment preferred.
  • Basic math skills and good communication abilities.
Education & Experience
  • Prior experience in a related field.
  • Background in mechanics or maintenance work preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office are beneficial.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive motions, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working around noise, dust, chemicals, temperature changes, and other environmental factors.
  • Ability to wear all required PPE.
