IT Intern

Position Description and Purpose:

The Information Technology Intern will help the IT team support employees technology needs and issues. This internship offers hands-on experience with a diverse employee population and range of hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support on employee tickets and requests for new equipment.
• Assist team with inventory and asset tracking.
• Work with operations and field teams to troubleshoot, repair and replace devices at various local facilities
• Help to identify opportunities for improvement to current systems and processes

Required and Preferred Qualifications:

Required:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
