Sawyer-Truss Plant

Join our Truss Production Team as a Sawyer! You'll safely operate saw equipment to cut rough lumber into truss components for roofs, floors, and wall panels, following shop drawings and production schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Cut lumber accurately according to cut lists and shop drawings

• Measure and mark lumber to ensure precise cuts

• Inspect lumber for quality and defects before cutting

• Label and organize cut materials for truss builders

• Perform basic maintenance and safety checks on saw equipment

• Work with the team to meet daily production goals

• Experience in construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or lumber handling preferred

• Ability to read measurements and follow cut lists accurately

• Comfortable operating industrial saws and power tools

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Strong attention to detail and safety, dependable team player
