Department of Otolaryngology Job Description
The Department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Missouri School of Medicine is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing complex schedules, coordinating departmental activities, and facilitating communication across faculty, staff, and external partners. The Executive Assistant will support a wide range of initiatives while handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to supporting the Department's clinical, academic, and administrative missions. Shift
Monday - Friday Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Anticipated Hiring Range
